Vital Petroleum has operating rights in Crespo field in Corsicana with 60% Working Interest. The field is a mature oil field with over a million barrels of oil in place. The field has remaining oil reserves of about 250 thousand barrels. The company has a robust field development plan that includes adding perforations in un-swept zones, radial drilling in existing shallow reservoirs, infill drilling to target existing reservoir un-swept areas and exploitation of deeper horizons.
Vital Petroleum also has Joint Venture partnership with Double Star Group LLC and Flaming Operating in East and West Texas fields. The company owns 9.26% shares in Double Star Group LLC which has 22% working interest in 3 East Texas wells in the Peco County, 26% working interest in one well in Madison County.
Vital Petroleum also has 9.26% share in a Workover Rig 50% owned by both DSG and Five Star Petroleum.
